FindPost

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/Posts/{Id}	Retrieves a Post by its Id.

Parameters:

Id	path	string	Yes	Globally unique identifier of a Post

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
