CreateWorkItem

Create a new Work Item.
Parameters:

ReferenceIdbodystringNoA field used to tie the work item to a corresponding entity in an external system (e.g. claim number, repair order number, etc...)

SystemIdbodystringNoThis is the integer enumerated value of the external system.
UrlbodystringNoThis is the url to redirect to the correponding claim number.

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .soap11 suffix or ?format=soap11
