CreateTag

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/Posts/{PostId}/Tags	Creates a Tag to a Post.
POST	/Tags	Creates a Tag to a Post.

Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
PostId	path	string	Yes	The PostId field is a string GUID uniquely identifying the post that the Tag is associated with.
TagType	body	string	Yes	The TagType field is an integer indicating the type of tag to be created (1 = System Tag, 2 = User Tag).
Value	body	string	Yes	The Value field is the tag value.

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .jsv suffix or ?format=jsv
