CreateConnection

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/Users/{OwnerId}/Connections	Create a New Connection.

Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
OwnerId	path	string	Yes	The OwnerId field is a string GUID uniquely identifying the Tigris user that owns the connection.
ConnectToId	body	string	Yes	The UserId field is a string GUID uniquely identifying the Tigris user the owner wishes to remain connected to
IsFavorite	body	string	No	A boolean indicator marking this connection as a favorite.
ConnectToType	body	string	No	Enum to determine type of ConnectToId

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .jsv suffix or ?format=jsv
