CreateNetwork

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/Networks	Create a new Network.

Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
Name	body	string	Yes	The name of the Network.
Description	body	string	No	The description of the Network.
OwnerId	body	string	Yes	The OwnerId field is a GUID uniquely identifying the owning Tigris user.
Recipients	body	string	No	A comma-separated list of Tigris Ids (Guids).
Members	body	string	No	A comma-separated list of Tigris Ids (Guids).

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .csv suffix or ?format=csv
